REPORT ON THE 3rd INDONESIAN CNG NGV FORUM, 28-30th JULY 2010
1.0 The Forum
A total of 186 delegates attend this year forum with 125 from Indonesia and 61 from overseas. A total of 19 exhibitors participated with 10 from Indonesia and 9 from overseas.....
2.0 Meeting of The Local NGV Players
CNG refueling stations owners supplying CNG to the TransJakarta CNG Buses and also officers of the TransJakarta Bus Company took the opportunity to have a closed door meeting with Ir. Satya W. Yudha and Dr Elly Sinaga.....
3.0 Meeting between ANGVA and KazTransGas LNG of Kazakhstan A meeting between Mr. Zeinur A. Maitekov, General Director and Mr. Vladimir A. Utebekov, Deputy General Director of KazTransGas LNG of Kazakhstan was held between ANGVA Board members Danny Praditya, Fazal Ali Khan, Haikal Zubir and Lee Giok Seng to exchange views on the development of NGV markets worldwide and also in Kazakhstan.....
4.0 ANGVA Networking Cocktail
Many delegates took the opportunity to network and making new friends and renewing old friendships....
5.0 ANGVA Lecture Series
ANGVA Lecture Series was held with the topic "Safety of NGV / CNG Station".....
6.0 The Technical Tour, 30th July 2010.
Delegates were taken to the 3 CNG mother stations using the CNG Bus from TransJakarta BRT Operator. All 3 mother stations are currently supplying CNG via trailers to industrial customers......

REPORT ON THE ANGVA CNG CYLINDER INSPECTION COURSE, JUNE 2010
The ANGVA CNG Cylinder Inspection Course in Bangkok, Thailand and Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia were successfully concluded. The course in Bangkok, Thailand was from 23 – 25th June 2010 and the course in Kuala Lumpur was from 28 – 30th June 2010.
The course covered basic understanding of gaseous fuels (Natural gas, Biogas, Liquefied Petroleum Gas and Hydrogen), understanding of Regulations, Standards, Rules and Safety (ISO 11439 Standard and UN ECE R110 and R115 Regulations) and in-depth training on ISO 19078.
Thirty four (34) participants (17 from the course in Bangkok, Thailand and 17 from the course in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia) successfully completed and passed the course and were awarded with Certificate of Achievement issued jointly by TUV and ANGVA. These participants are now qualified to conduct re-inspection of CNG Cylinders manufactured to ISO 11439 and UN ECE R110.
